2. Orders & Payments – All orders must be paid in full before shipment. Prices are displayed in local currency where applicable and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Returns & Refunds – As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, returns are only accepted within 3 days of delivery.

4. Intellectual Property – All product names, descriptions, images, and branding are the property of Regetta Canoe and may not be used without permission.

5. Liability – Regetta Canoe is not liable for damages or injuries arising from misuse or improper care of our products.
