Refund policy

At Regetta Canoe, we take pride in the quality of our handmade sandals.
Because each pair is carefully crafted, returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is damaged upon delivery.

  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Returns or refunds requested for reasons other than damage (such as change of mind, size, or color preference) are not accepted.
